Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. Every city and town our couriers reach, including Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan and Faisalabad. Islamabad and Rawalpindi typically arrive in 1 to 2 working days, major cities in 2 to 4, smaller towns in 4 to 7.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, and it is our main payment method. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged upfront. Orders above Rs. 10,000 require a small advance token, deducted from the total.
How do I know what condition an item is in?
Every listing carries a condition grade from A+ to D, and the description names the specific flaws. Grade A+ means like new, Grade D means significant wear sold cheaply and labelled plainly.
How do I know it will fit?
We publish measurements in centimetres for every item, laid flat. Compare them against something you already own rather than trusting the size label.
Are the branded items real?
We check stitching, tags and date codes before listing, paying closest attention to the models that get faked most, such as the Air Jordan 1. If we have any doubt about a piece, we do not list it.
What is your return policy?
You have 3 days from the day your parcel is delivered to raise a problem. We refund if the item is meaningfully different from the listing. We do not refund for wear that matches the stated grade, or for change of mind.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
No. Every piece is the only one we have, so there is no other size to swap to. If something is genuinely wrong it is a refund rather than an exchange.
How much is delivery?
Flat rate nationwide, shown at checkout before you confirm. The amount the courier asks for is the amount you saw.
Can you find a specific item for me?
Yes. Tell us the brand, size, budget and condition you would accept, and we will watch for it. Usually one to three weeks. No advance payment — we only ask once we have found it and sent you photos.
Do you sell anything under Rs. 1,500?
Yes. We keep a permanent Under Rs. 1,500 collection, because affordability is the point of the brand rather than a clearance event.
