Why we started
Buying shoes online in Pakistan has too many problems. Fakes are sold as originals. Condition is described as 'gently used' and nothing more. Sizes are guesses. And when something goes wrong, you are on your own.
Shanasa started in Islamabad, run by students who got tired of that. We wanted to build the store we would trust ourselves: real shoes, honest descriptions, and a customer who knows exactly what they are getting before they pay.
What we do differently
Hand selected
We do not list everything we find. Every pair is sourced, sorted and chosen by hand, and anything we doubt is turned away. Branded pairs get extra checks on stitching, tags and date codes, because that is where fakes hide.
Proper grading
Every pair has a condition grade from A+ to D, and we describe the specific flaws, photographed. No guessing and no vague words. See exactly how we grade condition.
Measured, not guessed
Size labels differ between brands and years, so we give measurements in centimetres. Lay a pair you already own next to ours and you will know if it fits. See our size guide.
One of one
Nothing is restocked. When a pair sells, it is gone, and every pair is photographed individually rather than with catalogue images.
Customer centered
Pay by cash on delivery and check your parcel before you pay. We confirm every order on WhatsApp and answer within one working day. If a pair arrives meaningfully different from its listing, we make it right. See our refund policy.
Priced for real people
Our Under Rs. 1,500 collection is not a clearance section. It is the point. We would rather sell more pairs at fair prices than fewer at inflated ones.
Real shoes for every corner of Pakistan
We are based in Islamabad and ship nationwide. Islamabad and Rawalpindi take about 1 to 2 working days, major cities 2 to 4, and smaller towns 4 to 7. Details are on our shipping and delivery page.
