Where we ship
Anywhere in Pakistan. Every city, every town our couriers reach — Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and everywhere between.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment, no card details, nothing upfront.
For orders above Rs. 10,000 we ask for a small advance token, deducted from your total. This isn't distrust — high-value parcels that come back cost us both ways, and that cost would end up in our prices.
We confirm before we dispatch
You will get a WhatsApp message from us confirming your order, the item, and the amount before your parcel goes out. Please reply. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, we release the piece back to the store — someone else is usually waiting for it.
How long it takes
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 1 to 2 working days
- Lahore, Karachi, and other major cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Smaller towns and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days
These are courier estimates, not promises we control. Weather, strikes, and public holidays move them.
Delivery charges
Flat rate nationwide, shown at checkout before you confirm. No surprises at the door — the amount the courier asks for is the amount you saw.
Tracking
We send your tracking number on WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves us.
Before you open the parcel
Check the packaging is intact before you pay the courier. If it has been opened or damaged in transit, you can refuse it — that one is on the courier, and we will sort it out with them.
Nobody home?
Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. Keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and the return charge applies.
We ship from Islamabad
Every piece is packed by hand here. If you're local and would rather collect in person, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
