Buying shoes online is easier when you do not have to pay first. Shanasa offers cash on delivery for preloved sneakers across Pakistan, so you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
How cash on delivery works
- Choose your pair and place the order.
- We message you on WhatsApp to confirm the item and the amount before dispatch.
- We pack your parcel by hand in Islamabad and send your tracking number.
- Check that the packaging is intact, then pay the courier on delivery.
Orders above Rs. 10,000
For higher-value orders we ask for a small advance token, which is deducted from your total. This protects both sides from the cost of returned high-value parcels.
Delivery times
- Islamabad and Rawalpindi: typically 1 to 2 working days
- Lahore, Karachi and other major cities: typically 2 to 4 working days
- Smaller towns and remote areas: typically 4 to 7 working days
These are courier estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes and public holidays.
Delivery charges
Delivery is a flat rate nationwide, shown at checkout before you confirm. The amount the courier asks for is the amount you saw.
If something is wrong
You have 3 days from delivery to raise a problem, and we refund if the item is meaningfully different from its listing. Full details are on our refund policy and shipping and delivery pages.
